To compete at this trial you will need to complete the following tasks:
 Complete the Trial Permission Form, including correct signatures
 Present the completed Trial Permission Form to your School Sports Coordinator
 Ask your Sports Coordinator to give you permission to attend the District Trials by signing your form
 Hand your signed Trial Permission Form to the Trial Convenor at the beginning of the Trial
 NO SIGNED FORM = NO TRIAL
