• Golf – 13-18 Boys and Girls
• Tennis – 13-19 Boys and Girls
• Waterpolo – 13-17 Boys and Girls

1) ND Team Selection Letter – Students to follow the instructions (pay to school $20)
2) ND District Payment Form
3) Regional Trial Notice
4) Regional Permission Slip, Student Details & Medical History Form
5) Regional Project Consent Form
6) Regional Code of Conduct Form
